Our commitment to purchasing RSPO certified palm oil and trading with RSPO suppliers ensure that the palm oil we use in our products is sourced sustainably. For more information on our palm oil policy, you can view it.

We have purchased all of our palm and palm kernel oils from sustainable and responsible sources since 2010. By the end of 2023, we are looking to purchase more of our derivatives and fractions from responsible sources too.

Sourced responsibly, it can help the preservation of our rainforests, prevent the exploitation of people/local communities, preserve peatlands and promote the inclusion and fair treatment of smallholders into the supply chain.

Palm oil is a significantly effective vegetable oil, it's versatile, easy to process and yields 4 – 10x more oil per hectare of land than other crops such as sunflower, rapeseed, soybean and coconut. That’s why it’s one of the most widely consumed vegetable oils in the world.

We will promote, educate, and advocate the use of RSPO palm oil, working closely with POIG and RSPO to help change perceptions of palm oil used in the personal care industry

In 2023, we will extend our product range to include more RSPO certified sustainable products

Our objective is to switch a majority of our palm oil derivatives and fractions to RSPO by the end of 2022, and all by the end of 2023

RSPO Palm Oil Usage

As well as looking at how we package our products, we’re helping people make finished products that allow for more sustainable packaging options.

We began mapping out our packaging usage in 2021; what we use and how sustainable it is. The aim is to present alternative sustainable concepts later in 2023. Our focus is on responsibly sourced, re-usable and recycled packaging wherever possible.

Recycling is one of the most common sustainable packaging practices, followed by reusable packaging. These two principles will take priority in how we use materials on-site and package our products.
